Job description: Drinks Dispense Service Technician The REL Group are currently seeking to recruit a Drinks Dispense Service Technician. The job function will include but will not be limited to the following: Perform installations on drink dispense systems (post-mix, water, beer) as well as undertake maintenance and service works on these systems. Determine the root cause, troubleshoot, and correct technical issues using problem-solving techniques in an effective and timely manner. Completing service and maintenance report forms. Handling service-related customer queries with a strong focus towards customer service and professionalism. Work in a fast paced, multi-disciplinary team environment. General administration and preparation of service reports on completion of site visit. Liaise daily with the Planning Administration team to achieve targets. Comply with Health & Safety requirements. Skills / Attributes Required: Relevant qualification and or previous experience in a similar role. Full Clean Driving Licence. IT Literate Manual Handling and Safe-pass Certified (beneficial but not essential as training will be provided). Ability to communicate in the English language, verbal, written and digital. High attention to detail, in compliance and service report writing Flexible and reliable, with excellent timekeeping. Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. To be customer focused with a strong customer service ethic A keen interest to undertake specialised product training (training will be provided) Reside in Leinster Job Type: Full-time A competitive salary and benefits package will be offered, commensurate with experience. 32 K to 40 K Per Annum pro rata.
