The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills and will have experience working in a busy pool environment as a lifeguard/ swim teacher / duty manager. As an NQS Gold standard facility, the role will involve maintaining high levels of staff training, health & safety management, co-ordination of pool activities and pool water quality. The ideal candidate will posses strong organisational and leadership skills.The standard hours will be Sunday to Thursday with flexibility required based on changing needs of the businessPool Lifeguard & Swim Teacher qualifications are essential.
