Frontline Worker (Assistant Support Worker / Healthcare assistant) Intellectual Disability and Mental Health Services

What you will do
Responsibilities (as described by the employer):
* Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in intellectual disability and mental health services.
* Support daily living activities, personal care, and engagement in community-based activities and education.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to implement individual care plans.
* Empower service users to participate in decision-making and develop life skills.
* Promote a safe, respectful, and homely environment for those supported.
Location
Multiple locations including: Co. Carlow; Mayo Parks, County Mayo; Kildare; Westmeath; Dublin; Meath; Wexford; Cork; Tipperary; Roscommon; Clare; Galway; Monaghan; Laois; Waterford; Louth; Kilkenny; Limerick; Ennis.
Education/Experience/Qualifications
* Assistant Support Workers: FETAC Level 5 or working towards a degree in a related discipline.
* Days per week: 5/7; Hours per week: 39; Daily hours: 12; Min salary: 30,237.60; Max salary: 32,000.

Job Details
Permanent and relief positions available. Includes at least 169 hours per month and at least 5 waking night shifts each month.
