Build and manage a sales pipeline of at least 3x annual sales target. Identify and manage customer requirements for proposals and contracts. Collaborate with Solution Sales teams to identify opportunities and deliver revenue targets. Support marketing activities and events to drive engagement. Respond to tender requests, coordinate internal stakeholders, and manage procurement processes. Quote and negotiate pricing and credit terms, ensuring successful contract completion. Report on sales performance and pipeline to the Inside Sales Manager. Work on marketing-led initiatives to focus on key growth areas. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, service-driven industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Commercial awareness and understanding of sales and project dynamics. Consultative approach to managing complex client relationships. Ability to work under pressure with a dynamic and flexible mindset. Exceptional presentation skills and customer service orientation.
