Our client, a Top 5 Irish law firm, is seeking an experienced Company Secretary to join their highly regarded International Business Group in Dublin. The Role This is a highly client-facing and advisory-focused position, supporting a portfolio of international clients. You will act as a trusted advisor on Irish company secretarial and corporate governance matters, working closely with key stakeholders across multinational organisations. You will play a central role in guiding clients through Irish regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance while also providing practical, commercially focused advice aligned to their broader business objectives. Key Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering day-to-day company secretarial advice and governance support Advise international clients on Irish company law, corporate governance, and best practice frameworks Support the establishment and structuring of Irish entities, providing guidance on appropriate governance models Coordinate, schedule, attend, and minute board and shareholder meetings, often engaging directly with senior stakeholders Maintain statutory registers and company minute books in line with regulatory requirements Prepare and file statutory forms with the Companies Registration Office (CRO) Partner with clients on ongoing compliance obligations, offering proactive advisory input rather than purely administrative support About You Proven experience in a client-facing company secretarial role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment Strong knowledge of Irish company law and corporate governance frameworks Experience working with international clients or multinational structures is highly desirable Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships and advise senior stakeholders Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple client priorities in a fast-paced environment Commercially aware, with a proactive and solutions-driven approach Join a Top 5 firm with an outstanding reputation in the Irish market.
