Person in Charge - A Leading Role
The Person in Charge will be responsible for the overall management of a residential disability service. This includes providing high-quality care to residents and managing staff, ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and implementing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the staff team, provide mentorship and leadership through supervision, appraisals, and monthly team meetings
* Cordinate appointments with multi-disciplinary teams
* Eneable residents to have choice and control over their lives by developing person-centered care plans
