Compliance Leader
The role of the Compliance Leader is to ensure that our organization stays abreast of all relevant laws, regulatory changes and ethical standards. This involves a range of responsibilities including risk management, compliance process implementation, firm-wide training and audit guidance:
1. Creating and implementing compliance processes and procedures.
2. Establishing internal procedures to monitor compliance and deliver reporting to partners on same.
3. Risk management duties will include identifying and assessing compliance risks, developing robust controls framework to mitigate those risks.
4. Audit work – supporting partners with reviews on high-risk files providing reports for technically compliant opinions ensuring profitability adherence latest reporting standards.. The successful candidate will be highly experienced in creating implementing improving existing policies frameworks providing expert advice quality control audits.
