About the job
In this role you will assist with the daily operations of the store; serving customers, packing orders, maintaining stock levels and the quality of products and services.
Main Duties include:
Till operations, serving customers and prepping orders for our delivery drivers
Monitoring stock and product displays, packing orders and shelves and upkeeping the general appearance of the store.
Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policy
Ability to work early shifts.
We start at 5am 3 days a week, and 6am the other days.
About You
1 years retail experience is required.
Our customers are made up of locals and as such we have ties to the community, so strong & friendly communication skills are needed.
We want someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, provide fresh ideas and help us move forward.
Other must-haves
Retail experience preferred
Ability to commute to our location
Flexibility with working hours & weekends - We are a weekend business
