Located approximately 20 minutes from the nearest international airport, the manufacturing site is conveniently accessible for those wishing to commute to/from Ireland for a contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement efficient onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive training programs.
* Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify training needs and opportunities for skill development among team members.
* Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to foster professional growth and advancement.
* Evaluate current communication channels and protocols within the department and propose improvements to enhance clarity, transparency, and overall effectiveness.
* Implement strategies to encourage open communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
* Optimise SharePoint architecture to improve visualisation, data management, and communication.
* Design and implement customised SharePoint solutions to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and improve data visualisation.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
* Proven experience in business process improvement, project management, or organisational development.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
* High proficiency in SharePoint architecture, Microsoft Office suites, and Power Apps.
