Key Responsibilities Advise on complex aviation finance matters, including aircraft leasing, securitisations, and joint ventures. Work with top-tier clients including banks, airlines, and leasing companies on both domestic and cross-border transactions. Provide expert legal counsel on asset finance, portfolio sales, and restructurings. Manage and coordinate complex deals, ensuring excellent client service and technical precision. Candidate Profile Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland, the UK, or in another Common Law jurisdiction. 2-5 years PQE in aviation finance law gained with a leading law firm, or in-house with an aviation lessor.
