The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by managing administrative functions, maintaining documentation, and assisting senior management with daily tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to senior management, accounts department, and other department heads.
 * Record Management: Manage electronic filing of facility records, inspection reports, tracking equipment movement across sites, and administer various administrative forms.
 * Financial Tasks: Process purchase orders, reconcile invoices, manage fuel cards, and assist with monthly financial reports.
 * Scheduling and Compliance: Schedule maintenance for vehicles and facilities, and assist with compliance paperwork.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to fill this important role.
Key Qualifications:
 * Prior experience in administration or a related field.
 * Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 * Able to work independently and as part of a team.
