A fast-growing, international advisory firm is seeking an experienced HR People Business Partner to support its teams across Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Caribbean.
Working within a high-performing, centralised people function, this role partners closely with senior regional leaders in a professional services environment.
It offers a rare blend of strategic influence and hands-on delivery, suited to an HRBP who enjoys operating close to the business.
In this role you will:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing pragmatic and commercially sound people guidance
Lead core people processes including performance management, promotion and talent reviews
Manage employee relations matters with confidence, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation
Partner with talent and learning teams on hiring, early careers and capability development
Shape graduate and early-career programmes in Ireland and Northern Ireland
Provide people insight to support workforce planning and business growth
Your ideal background:
Experience operating as an HR / People Business Partner within professional services, management consulting or a similar advisory environment
Strong stakeholder management skills and sound commercial judgement
Confidence working autonomously across multiple locations or jurisdictions
A practical, relationship-led approach with the credibility to influence senior leaders
