Catering Assistant Role Overview
Our organization is seeking highly skilled and dedicated Catering Assistants to join our team in Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo.
As a Catering Assistant, you will provide ongoing support to the management team to ensure customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit our restaurant.
Main Responsibilities:
* Interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner.
* Carry out duties in compliance with training received and company standards.
* Serve customers the quality food they order as quickly as possible, in a friendly manner, ensuring accuracy of the order every time.
* Work as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect.
* Follow company guidelines/training in all aspects of food preparation, production, and storage.
* Treat customers to warm and friendly service every time they visit our restaurant.
* Work with the management team to increase the number of customers and the amount of money spent every day in our restaurant.
* Earn cash handling skills by following correct procedures as directed by management.
* Ensure uniform and personal appearance comply with company guidelines.
* Be flexible to work in all areas of the restaurant as requested by the Manager.
* Put the customer first, whether first thing in the morning or last thing at night.

* Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions.
