Job Description:
We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to help expand our presence in the digital advertising market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with independent agencies and clients.
Your Responsibilities:
* Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and deliver customised advertising solutions
* Develop and execute acquisition strategies to expand market share
* Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders and decision-makers
* Craft compelling proposals using insights, trends, and case studies
* Lead negotiations and close deals that drive long-term growth
* Provide market feedback to refine acquisition strategies and service offerings
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, digital advertising, or related fields
* Fluent German and English (or French and English) language skills
* A proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue or acquisition targets
* A strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and independent agency landscape
