Job Description
Our client are seeking a Production Planner to support production builds and inventory management activities for a fast‑paced medical device integration program. You will organize and coordinate production builds for engineering and clinical activities while supporting inventory management processes related to sales and clinical operations. This position requires strong planning, coordination, and communication skills within a regulated medical device environment.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate all production builds supporting engineering and integration activities
Develop and maintain production schedules to support program timelines and business priorities
Partner with planning and supply chain teams to ensure material availability for builds and inventory requirements
Support inventory management processes for Sales inventory, Clinical inventory, engineering and development builds
Coordinate across cross‑functional groups including R&D, Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support integration activities
Maintain accurate planning and inventory data within ERP/MRP systems
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Operations or related field
Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably within medical device, life sciences, or regulated industries
Strong understanding of production scheduling, material planning, inventory control processes, ERP/MRP systems
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast‑paced cross‑functional environment
