Site Manager required for an immediate start. Our client is a large construction company with extensive experience across Ireland. They are now seeking to recruit a Site Manager. You must have at least 5 years' experience with a main contractor and have previous experience of supervising projects to tight deadlines and to a very high standard, including health and safety. Previous experience of education projects, healthcare, commercial, retail, residential, will all be beneficial.
1. Candidates with either an engineering or trades background will be considered.
2. You will need to have experience in the coordination of subcontractors, control programme with preparation of look-ahead programmes to facilitate the successful completion of the works on time.
3. You must be experienced and fully computer-literate and have proven experience in preparation of progress reports and chairing site meetings.
4. The ability to communicate with clients, architects, engineers, is essential.
5. Be fully familiar with current Health and Safety Construction regulations.
6. An immediate start – full-time permanent position based in the midlands or west of Ireland is available.
7. The company is expanding and picking up a lot of work and, as a result, you must be able to add value and experience to the company.
8. The company is looking for someone that can add their experience of having worked on a wide range of projects (schools, commercial, residential, large fit-outs etc).
