The role is based in ourSandyford Business District offices in Dublin 18. We are close to the Green Luas line and on a range of bus routes.The roleYou will be working with a great team of skilled motor industry professionals across a range of vehicle brands in our dealershipsYou will be reporting into the Head of the DealershipYou will perform a key role in the sales process with daily interactions with the sales and finance teamsThe main administrative tasks in the role include but are not limited to:Processing purchase invoices from Importers using Keyloop system, Processing order forms for new and used vehicles, sublet invoicesMaintaining accurate records of vehicles transactions and customer detailsApplying for SEAI grants for Electric vehiclesApplying for manufacturers discounts on vehiclesInvoicing vehiclesLiaising with sales and after-sales team regarding repairs needed on vehiclesSetting up vehicles with warranty, liaising with importers in relation to payments on vehiclesSkillsand Experience3+ years administration experience working in the in a busy customer focussed automotive environmentExperience with Dealer Management Systems / Kerridge / Keyloop / Autoview a distinct advantageGood commercial awareness coupled to a good understanding of the automotive environmentHigh level of computer literacy, MS Excel, Outlook, WordStrong communication skills with a high level of enthusiasm, drive and energy to interface with teams, managers and other departments to build relationshipsExperience of working with processes, procedures and reportingExcellent attention to detail and accuracyMulti-brand experience whilst not essential will be beneficialFluent written and spoken English essentialReward PackageFulltime Permanent contract with a leading motor group in IrelandCompetitive SalaryContributory Pension Plan22 days paid annual leaveEmployee offers, retail discounts and wellbeing programmeEmployee Assistance Programme
