We are looking for an applicant with a minimum of three years experience and the ability to work independently.Our client has multiple food services ranging from bar and restaurant service to banqueting, although initially our client is looking for a chef with experience in restaurants and/or gastropubs.

The requirements are:
* Previous experience working in a hotel or a similar position.
* Food is something you enjoy and are passionate about.
* Be mature and friendly when dealing with customers and colleagues.
* Be a team player.
* Under pressure, you should be able to perform well in a busy kitchen.
* You should have a good understanding of HACCP regulations and procedures.
