* Overseeing backorder management and sales support
* Liaising with accounts receivable to ensure accurate invoicing
* Providing product information and availability to customers and sales teams
Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English
* 2-3 years of customer service experience
* Relevant 3rd-level qualification
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
* Strong service orientation and ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues
