Base pay range We have a great job opportunity to join a successful team as a Senior Technical Service Delivery Manager.
This is a permanent role reporting to the Managing Director.
You will make an impact on the business and its direction.
This role will be based on-site in Dublin.
It will initially be a 1-year contract with a salary of €70-80k.
Responsibilities include: Managing IT tasks and staff, establishing relationships with external clients, and supporting computer systems and software.
Serving as the point of contact for 3rd level escalations from level 2.
Monitoring service performance against SLAs with clients.
Identifying and implementing process improvements.
Continuously improving productivity to increase cost-effectiveness and value.
Managing, motivating, and mentoring staff.
Supporting new business opportunities and service implementations, including pre-sales activities.
Developing relationships with external clients and organizations to assess their technology, support, and security needs.
Providing client assessments.
Overseeing technical delivery of projects and server deployments as required.
Essential Experience: Experience working in a managed services environment.
Experience in a similar Service Delivery role within a Managed Services Provider.
Strong technical infrastructure background.
Experience with servers and networks.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
