Student Recruitment Marketing Manager – Permanent Whole Time Post
University College Cork, a comprehensive, globally‑ranked, research‑intensive university, is seeking to appoint a Student Recruitment Marketing Manager to lead delivery of its ambitious student recruitment plan. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering creative and innovative student recruitment marketing services to a high standard. The role will be based in the Office of the Vice President Global Engagement and will report to both the Director of Marketing and Brand Impact and the Head of Student Recruitment.
Responsibilities
Shape the university's student recruitment marketing plan.
Lead the delivery of campaigns, initiatives and processes that support the university's student recruitment goals.
Devise sector‑leading student‑centred approaches to awareness, nurture and conversion activities that attract students and support UCC’s national and international positioning.
Contribute to the successful delivery of the University's Strategic Plan and its Global Engagement Plan.
Requirements
Proven track record of delivering creative and innovative student recruitment marketing services to a high standard.
Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
Ability to devise and implement sector‑leading approaches to awareness, nurture and conversion activities.
Graduation or equivalent in marketing, communications or a related field is preferred.

Salary: Appointment may be made on the Admin III Salary Scale: €60,862 – €72,665 (Scale B) / €57,949 – €69,147 (Scale A). Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
