The main responsibility is monitoring and maintaining our internal computer systems and networks, our email system and our phone system. He or she will log the issues in our system and liaise with our 3rdparty support companies to fix them. The IT Support role will also take the role of the Data Protection Lead for our company. The DPL will monitor our company's GDPR compliance and will keep the documentation up-to-date. The role will start with on-site training, transitioning to hybrid work.·Providing remote / onsite support and project services to business users (ConnectWise)·Troubleshooting and fixing network, computer and other hardware issues (Cisco Meraki routers, switches, AP's; printers, scanners, etc.).
