We are currently seeking a Part-time Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Navan Road, reporting directly to the Brand Manager. The role involves providing exceptional customer care, anticipating customer needs, and exceeding expectations whenever possible.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Greeting and assisting customers
2. Providing refreshments such as tea and coffee
3. Managing and updating social media platforms following Mercedes-Benz guidelines
4. Operating a busy switchboard
5. Monitoring showroom traffic and incoming calls
6. Following up on customer inquiries and satisfaction surveys
7. Preparing and updating reports for the Brand Manager
8. Supporting the Sales Department administratively
9. Maintaining daily reception and sales logs
10. Registering new and used vehicles
11. Ensuring the reception, customer coffee area, and lounge are clean and presentable
12. Managing catering supplies for the Coffee Lounge
13. Requisitioning stationary supplies
14. Maintaining showroom and customer waiting areas
15. Supporting the ISO Quality Manager
16. Performing various ad-hoc duties


Ideal Candidate Profile

1. Excellent understanding and anticipation of customer needs
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Efficient, organized, with attention to detail
4. Enthusiastic, flexible, and outgoing personality
5. Strong numerical and IT skills
6. Social media proficiency (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
7. Team player with a flexible approach to work
8. Previous motor industry experience is desirable
