Service Management Lead
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in IT service management and possess excellent communication skills.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Dublin, involving ITSM transition planning, technical coordination and project management across multiple acquisitions.
Candidates should be well-versed in ITIL best practices and possess the ability to work effectively in a hybrid model combining remote and on-site work arrangements.
