We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in a Float Administrator role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities include managing the Document Management System, preparing and editing documents using advanced features of Microsoft Office, communicating proactively with partners and solicitors, preparing client bills of costs and liaising with third parties.
In addition, the role involves handling incoming calls and messages professionally, providing general administrative support and serving as primary reception cover when required.
Adhering to all firm policies and procedures is essential, actively supporting firm-wide risk management initiatives.
Other Ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years previous Admin experience, ideally within a legal environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Dictaphone typing experience.
- High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines.
