EAP Counsellor Opportunity

About the Role:


* Provide short-term counselling services over the phone, video, chat, and email, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Solution-Focused, CBT, Mindfulness, Integrative, and Systemic counselling.
* Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address their concerns and challenges.
* Manage high-risk calls and situations with compassion and expertise, ensuring client safety and confidentiality.
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide holistic care and support, leveraging our comprehensive global network.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case management records, adhering to industry standards and regulations.


Requirements:


* Minimum of a Level 4 diploma in Counselling or equivalent qualification.
* Full registration with or membership of a recognized regulatory body (e.g., BACP, BPS, UKCP).
* Experience working with various populations, including those with substance abuse issues, mental health symptoms, and family/relationship-related concerns.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
* Competent in using various digital platforms and technologies for remote consultations and communication.
