Job Title: Workplace Solutions Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations of trust companies.
* Act as signatory for all trusts.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
This role requires strong leadership skills, team management, excellent communication, understanding of corporate structures and fiduciary responsibility, regulatory compliance expertise, and the ability to identify conflicts of interest.
Leadership and Team Development
Lead and develop a team of trust professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management. Represent the trust services function across the organization.
Accountability and Governance
Oversee the opening and management of bank, custodian, and brokerage accounts. Ensure all asset movements are compliant with trust agreements and regulatory requirements.
Compliance and Risk Management
Conduct regular audits and reviews of trust operations to identify and mitigate risks. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
This is a critical role that requires a detailed mindset and thorough understanding of trust and equity plan management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus; J.D. preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of all fiduciary products and services.
* Relevant experience focused in Employee Benefit Trust business.
