Job Description
As a Principal Engineer Analog Architecture, you will lead a team of experts, push the boundaries of sensor innovation, and dive deep into system modeling, advanced silicon R&D, firmware algorithms, and hardware prototyping. You will be part of the team that’s shaping the technology of tomorrow.
In your new role you will:
* Play a key role in the development of HMI and PSoC solutions for the next generation of Infineon products
* Engage with IP development teams to help define the next generation of HMI products
* Provide customer engagement and advanced technical support for CAT A customers
* Lead a team to develop new methods and approaches to using current IP
* Develop innovative sensor solutions through system modelling, sensor design/modelling, Silicon IP R&D, FW algorithm development, and hardware prototyping
Your Profile
You bring a strong background in electronics, proven leadership in delivering complex projects, and a deep understanding of analog circuits and architectures. You also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
* A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a similar field with a focus on electronics
* At least 10 years of industry experience
* Very strong understanding of Analog Circuits and experience with Analog Architectures
* Proven leadership of teams to deliver on challenging projects
* Multidisciplinary experience in areas like Product Engineering, Design, System Validation, Marketing, Applications, etc.
* Experience interacting with customers and solving critical customer problems
* Proven track record of developing new products
* Good understanding of microcontrollers and microcontroller peripherals (I2C/UART/PWM/ADC)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Fluency in English
