Finishing Supervisor
to join their team and ensure quality, safety, and programme targets are achieved on site.
The Role
As a Finishing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the final stages of construction and ensuring all finishing works are completed to the highest standard. You'll be a key link between site management and subcontractors, maintaining quality control, driving progress, and upholding health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise all finishing trades and subcontractors on site
* Ensure works are completed in line with design specifications and quality standards
* Manage snagging lists and coordinate handover procedures
* Monitor progress against programme targets
* Maintain a safe and compliant site environment
* Liaise with the Site Manager and Project Manager on deadlines, materials, and resources
* Conduct regular inspections and report on progress
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Finishing Foreman/Supervisor with a main contractor
* Proven track record on large-scale commercial or residential projects
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
* Relevant construction or trade background beneficial
