We are searching for an experienced
3rd Line IT Infrastructure Support Engineer
to provide senior-level technical support within a multi-site enterprise environment. This role will act as a key escalation point, supporting infrastructure stability, security, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include
1. Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support and act as an escalation point for infrastructure incidents
2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
3. Support and guide the IT Service Desk and mentor junior team members
4. Design, implement, and support on-premises and cloud infrastructure solutions
5. Maintain security controls, patching, and vulnerability remediation
6. Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning
7. Create and maintain technical documentation
Experience & Skills required:
* 10+ years' experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise support, with min. 5 years in a senior position
* Strong Microsoft environment experience (Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP)
* Hands-on networking experience (LAN/WAN, VPN, TCP/IP) with Cisco and Fortinet
* Experience supporting multi-site environments and infrastructure projects
* Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell or similar)
* Backup, recovery, monitoring, and disaster recovery experience
* Familiarity with MDM, SQL Server, SSO/SAML, and VoIP platforms (Webex desirable)
Must have own transport, be comfortable with frequent regional travel and occasional overnight stays.
