Procurement Project Manager - ConstructionLocation: Ireland (preferred) / Remote options considered within EuropeTravel: Required across Western & Central EuropeSector: Construction - Data Centres, Industrial, WarehousingType: PermanentAn expanding European construction business is seeking to appoint a Procurement Project Manager to support its growing portfolio of regional projects across the continent. With a focus on large-scale developments such as data centres, logistics hubs, and distribution centres, this role offers the opportunity to join a high-performing procurement function at a critical phase of growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead the pre- and post-contract award process, including tendering, evaluation, and appointment of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) contractors and suppliers.Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure robust and compliant procurement delivery.Provide on-site support where required, ensuring procurement strategy aligns with project execution.Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across engineering, project management, and site-based teams.Ideal Candidate Profile:Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.5-7 years' experience in construction, with at least 3 years of on-site project exposure.Demonstrated experience managing CSA procurement packages in large-scale builds (e.g. data centres, warehouses).Strong knowledge of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from tendering through to contract execution.Ability to travel frequently to projects across Western and Central Europe.Fluent English; a second European language such as German, Portuguese or Spanish is advantageous.Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.Confident stakeholder manager, with a solutions-focused and commercially aware approach.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong pipeline of high-value, technically complex projects across Europe.
