The Role: Zinkworks is delivering a flagship Agentic AI transformation programme for a major UK Telecommunications provider.
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of multi stream delivery across AI platforms, cloud infrastructure, and telecom network domains.
This is a hands on delivery role requiring strong technical understanding and confident engagement with engineers, architects, and telecom SMEs.
You will turn complex plans into predictable outcomes while keeping delivery aligned to technical reality, business objectives, and regulatory constraints.
Key Responsibilities: * Own end to end delivery across multiple workstreams * Build and maintain delivery plans, milestones, and release schedules * Coordinate across Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, and SMEs * Manage delivery risk, dependencies, and cross team constraints * Lead stakeholder communication and programme reporting * Maintain governance, scope control, and delivery discipline * Coordinate operational readiness, handover, and transition to operations Must Have Skills: * Proven delivery of complex technology projects in enterprise or regulated environments * Strong understanding of software lifecycles, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices * Hands on experience working with Agile teams and technical stakeholders * Excellent planning, organisation, and dependency management skills * Strong stakeholder communication and reporting capability * Experience managing risk, governance, and delivery across multiple streams * Deep experience in Agile environments and improving Scrum practices * Strong problem solving mindset and attention to detail Nice to Have: * Telecom experience across RAN, Core, OSS BSS, or Fixed Access * Experience delivering AI, automation, cloud, or data driven programmes * Familiarity with GCP or other public cloud platforms * Hybrid Agile and waterfall delivery experience Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
