Graduate Surveyor Role
You are a highly motivated individual seeking to launch your career in commercial property valuation and advisory services. As a Graduate Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality property valuations and landlord and tenant advisory services.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will support senior team members in carrying out property inspections and measured surveys, researching and analysing comparable market data, drafting valuation reports and supporting documentation, and maintaining and updating a database of comparable transactions.
About the Job
This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a wide range of commercial property types. You will also benefit from a structured training programme designed to support your path to becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have a SCSI-accredited property degree (e.g., BSc in Property Economics or equivalent), strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive approach to research and problem-solving, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
