CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: We're seeking a HR Graduate to handle the following responsibilities: - Monitor and manage HR Cases workflow and serve as the primary contact for people queries.
- Maintain data integrity on our HRIS system (Dayforce) for an exceptional people experience.
- Coordinate appointments with Occupational Health partners and employees.
- Provide support for employee relations, ensuring accurate case management records.
- Collaborate with payroll for accurate processing of starters, leavers, and amendments.
- Report on key people metrics like Headcount, absence, and turnover.
- Offer valuable insights to support business improvement.
- Foster strong relationships for excellent customer service and team collaboration.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including contract generation and statutory leave applications.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new team members.
- Demonstrate our company values and guiding principles in all interactions.
- Support organisation effectiveness and culture change initiatives.

This role will be for you if you are / you have / you can: o Working knowledge of MS Office and want to learn more.
o Current enrolment (or recent completion) in a related BS or master's degree.
o Solid understanding of Human Resource Management from study and / or communication techniques.

Relevant Human Resources qualification (CIPD or other) advantageous The role incumbent must be flexible to travel between our site locations as required (Predominantly based in Timahoe, Co. Kildare but on occasion to Rathowen, Co Westmeath) Role will be a blend of site based with an opportunity to avail of flexible work practices.
