Job Title:
Beverage Operations Manager
Lead the Beverage Department to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business performance.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in day-to-day operations, ensuring high service standards.
* Motivate the team to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* Oversee beverage performance, including revenue management, cost control, and profitability.
* Support and develop staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Resolve guest feedback issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Supervisory or Managerial role within Beverage Operations.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
