* Investigate and implement new production methods including operating instructions.

* Work with R&D process technology engineers in debug of new equipment and fixtures.
* Work with R&D process technology engineers in developing, trouble-shooting, standardising, and improving existing production methods and procedures.
* Work with R&D process technology engineers in developing, trouble-shooting, standardising, and improving product and material test methods.
* Support build and test of prototype, development, design verification and process validation units.
* Provide test method training to relevant production personnel.
* All other duties as assigned.
R&D Technician I - 12 Month contract
Location: Neuro Hub
Day Shift (Flextime - 39 Hours).
What you will do:
* Investigate and implement new production methods including operating instructions.
* Procure prototype equipment/ fixtures.
* Modify work stations as required i.e. add or remove shelves, move tables, etc.
* Work with R&D process technology engineers in debug of new equipment and fixtures.
* Work with R&D process technology engineers in developing, trouble-shooting, standardising, and improving existing production methods and procedures.
* Work with R&D process technology engineers in developing, trouble-shooting, standardising, and improving product and material test methods.
* Support build and test of prototype, development, design verification and process validation units.
* Provide test method training to relevant production personnel.
* All other duties as assigned.
What you will need:
* Level 6 Certificate/ Diploma in Engineering or related discipline or hold a trade qualification in electrical, mechanical l& toolmaking or related discipline or 2 years’ experience in modern manufacturing environment.
* Previous experience working on the development of a process in a previous NPI project would be an advantage.
