Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the growth and development of our business within a specific large Irish food Retailer account. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who can drive volume, net sales, and profitability targets in line with company objectives.
This role will involve managing the end-to-end account relationship, including weekly, monthly, and annual performance reviews and growth plan updates. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive the growth and profitability of our brands within the account.
We require someone with strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and analytical abilities. A proven track record of managing challenging discussions with large accounts is essential. Experience leading Joint Business Plans aligned to retailer's strategic priorities is also required.
