We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Dublin and Meath.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting out, site coordination, and delivery across live residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead setting out for housing units, apartments, roads, and drainage works.
* Oversee daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades.
* Drive programme delivery and ensure project milestones are achieved.
* Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
* Prepare and maintain site records, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
* Liaise closely with project management, design teams, and local authorities.
* Mentor and support junior engineers and site personnel.
Requirements
* Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in residential construction, ideally including housing and RC frame projects.
* Strong technical capability in setting out and construction sequencing.
* Proven experience supervising subcontractors and managing site teams.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Auto CAD, surveying equipment, and MS Office.
* Full clean driving licence.
