Order Management Analyst (TLBEMH-BC339FB9) Dublin South, Republic of Ireland
Salary: EUR23 - EUR28 per hour + Hybrid, 2 days WFH per week

We're looking for a highly analytical and collaborative Order Management Analyst to support our enterprise and channel customers across EMEA. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring accurate revenue recognition, customer satisfaction, and process scalability within a world-class finance organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop in-depth expertise of enterprise software sales models, focusing on subscription and term-based licensing (Digital Media & Experience).
* Support channel and enterprise accounts: respond to queries via email/phone, process returns/credits, manage purchase orders, and resolve or escalate issues.
* Review, validate, and book orders in Salesforce, Dynamics, and SAP (ECC, CC, CI) to ensure accuracy for invoicing and revenue recognition.
* Monitor the sales pipeline and proactively address booking concerns during deal negotiation stages.
* Reconcile weekly bookings and financial reports using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Legal, Revenue Assurance, Tax, Credit, Product Delivery, and Professional Services.
* Participate in integration projects and process improvement initiatives with a focus on automation, scalability, and data accuracy.
* Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including working additional hours as required.
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related numerate field.
* Fluent English (written and spoken) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Proficient in Excel and experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics).
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills—able to assess complex deals and make sound judgments.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage workload based on shifting priorities.
Preferred Experience
* Minimum 2 years in Order Management, Billing Operations, or Revenue Operations, preferably in the SaaS/software industry.
* Familiarity with Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and Salesforce reporting tools.
* Understanding of revenue recognition rules (e.g., ASC 606, IFRS 15).
* Experience across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
* Exposure to contract review, financial governance, or legal compliance processes.
* ACCA / CPA / CIMA part-qualified candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
