Customer Service Representative/Order Processor
Matrix Recruitment is partnering with a well-established organisation is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Order Processor to join their Customer Service team on a permanent basis in Kilkenny.

In this role, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and serve as a key point of contact for customers.
You will handle order processing and support, engaging directly with customers and collaborating with other departments as needed.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Process customer orders received via fax, email, or phone.
Reach out to customers to clarify any missing information on orders.
Prepare and forward documentation for returns and replacements where required.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure order completion.
Provide customers with catalogues, samples, price quotations, and relevant materials.
Respond to customer service queries.
Support the wider team and assist with additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
What Are We Looking For?
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing role.
Strong technical customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Friendly, patient, and approachable attitude.
Detail-oriented with strong reporting and administrative skills.
Ability to handle conflict and work flexibly, including occasional overtime.
Proactive, team-oriented work ethic.
