We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leadingMain Contractorwith over a century of active presence in the construction industry for aProject ManagerinLimerick. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, expanding team working on a variety of prestigious, high-value projects. Responsibilities Manage and drive large teams to meet all project requirements and deadlines. Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation, and lead weekly client update meetings. Oversee the planning of all resources, including labour, materials, and sub-contractors. Execute the project via the company's Quality and Project Management systems, ensuring all documentation complies with procedures and specifications. Establish performance and delivery criteria to ensure client requirements are met. Liaise with the Site Safety Officer to ensure high safety standards are maintained on-site. Maintain a structured filing system for easy retrieval of project data and historical records of key decisions. Requirements Degree qualified in Engineering (Civil/Structural/Construction). Further study is a distinct advantage. 5+ years experience in project management, specifically with a Main Contractor. Experience delivering medium-to-large scale projects in sectors such as Pharma, Industrial, Commercial, Education, Health, or Data Centers is essential. Proficiency in project planning software (ASTA or MS Project) is required. Experience with Structural Steel and Services is an advantage. Proven ability to take responsibility for large projects with a focus on delivery, timescales, cost, and budget. Superior oral and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. You must be able to communicate technical topics to key stakeholders effectively. Full drivers licence, Safepass, and Manual Handling.
