Maintenance technician

Facilities Equipment Specialist

Within this role, you will be involved in the daily operation and maintenance of a wide variety of facilities equipment, including HVAC systems, clean utilities, grey utilities, and mechanical equipment. This includes:

* Working on the daily operation and maintenance of facilities equipment
* Diagnosing and resolving problems with utility systems and equipment
* Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the reliable operation of systems and equipment
* Maintaining records of operation, maintenance, and safety activities
* Following safety procedures and protocols
* Observing and interpreting readings on gauges, meters, and charts

This role requires a strong understanding of facility systems and equipment, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be required to work 24/7 shifts, including day and night shifts.
