Bramley opened in 2023 and quickly became recognised as one of Irelands Best Restaurants, consistently winning both national and regional awards.
We are a busy neighbourhood restaurant using seasonal, local and homegrown produce. We champion our location and staff who create a wonderful dining experience for all our guests.
We need a junior chef, commis to CDP level who is committed to learning, has a genuine interest in food and restaurants, and is keen to launch a career in hospitality. You will work directly with Chef Owner Sam Moody, a highly accomplished Michelin Starred Chef.
As a Chef at Bramley, you will learn:
* In depth seasonal cookery
* Nose to tail butchery
* Fish & Shellfish preparation
* Dish development & costing
* Kitchen management including (but not limited to): HACCP, COSHH, menu planning, communication
We are a four day a week operation so the ideal candidate will:
* Be available Wednesday- Saturday for MEP, Lunch and Dinner
* Have a genuine interest in food and wine
* Have a happy and hard working demeanor
* A keen eye for detail
* Be committed to self and team development
* Have strong communication skills
The restaurant has been open for just over to years with predominantly the same team from the start. The comany offers many perks including Christmas off, scheduled holidays throughout the year when the restaurant closes. Meals are provided for all staff on duty. Gratuities are distributed quarterly. Additional training is arranged as required, including but not limited to: barista training, fire training & first aid.

Pay: From €15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
