Overview
This is a full-time role for an experienced Sales Manager at a leading registered charity with a nationwide presence. The role involves developing strategy, driving sales, building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, and managing a team of three.

Responsibilities
* Drive sales activities by developing strategy, building stakeholder relationships, setting targets, and identifying new opportunities across sectors such as education, healthcare, and business.
* Manage the technology team, overseeing performance, holding regular team and supplier meetings, and ensuring alignment with organizational sales goals.
* Track and report key sales metrics, delivering timely performance data and insights to the Director and board.
* Develop promotional materials and campaigns to support product awareness and sales growth.
* Oversee training programs for both staff and clients to ensure effective use and understanding of products.
Qualifications
* Sales experience in the non-for-profit / charity sector
* At least 2 years’ experience managing teams
* Excellent IT skills including all MS Office applications
* Full clean drivers’ license as travel is required in this role
