Job Title: Key Account Manager / DACH Market

Overview of Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales person to become a Key Account
Manager at You will be required to sell a range of products to existing
high value customers through outbound telephone calling. In doing so, you will provide our
customers with an exceptional level of sales, care and service, while establishing long-term
customer relationships. You will be the first point of contact for these customers working
with a team of dedicated Care, Graphics and collections agents supporting you in achieving
outstanding service.
Primary responsibilities:
• High-value database: Phoning high value customers from an existing customer
database assigned to you and generating increased sales.
• Customer obsession: Managing the entire sales and after-sales process following
up on every step being customer centric.
• Marketing: Ensuring customer requests are dealt with in a timely manner including
samples and brochures
• Collaboration: Participation in product projects when required
• Stakeholder partnership: Work in close collaboration with a dedicated team of
Care, Graphics and collections agents in order to achieve the result expected by our
customers
• Outstanding Service: Ensuring exceptional level of service at every step of the order
cycle
• Innovation: Informing the customers of new products and promotions
• As well as any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management
Required skills:
· Minimum of 4 years' sales experience.
· Current or previous CRM exposure at, building relationships with key
decision makers.
· Only applications from the current telesales team will be considered.
· Excellent Performance in the past 12 months (min. 100% on Rev. Target in average).
· R&As below 0.3%.
· Skilled negotiator. · The ability to maintain professionalism under pressure. · An energetic, motivated salesperson who is customer centric, with a focus on sales as well as listening and problem-solving skills. · Self-motivated and goal oriented. · Be a good team player. · Excellent level of German required. · Understanding and good communication level of English is essential.
