A leading construction firm is seeking a senior design professional to join its building team for an exciting new educational build project in Limerick. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in managing and coordinating the design process from concept through construction on a high-profile Department of Education project.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for actively engaging with the Design & Build (D+B) design team and stakeholders in a structured, process-driven manner. They will also manage and issue MTS (Minimum Technical Submissions) to the client and associated technical bodies.

* Ensure compliance of all submissions with relevant government requirements and contract documentation
* Oversee the design teams submissions via Autodesk Construction Cloud
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a design coordination or senior engineering role on medium to large projects. Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar design management platforms is required.
