Supply Chain Management Role
This position plays a crucial role in the company's customer-facing supply chain management team, focusing on demand fulfillment and logistics management for assigned customer portfolios.
The successful candidate will work as an integral part of the demand creation team within the corporate supply chain organization, driving results through effective teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities
* Interface between the company and customer headquarters for supply chain topics.
* Control and monitor global Logistic KPIs, implementing corrective measures as needed.
* Define and coordinate supply chain activities across the organization in line with agreed customer-specific strategies.
* Communicate supply chain topics to customers at management level, balancing customer requirements and company capabilities.
* Process global customer orders and forecasts, analyzing and aligning activities to improve forecasting benefits.
* Gather and consolidate customer and market information to support short- and midterm planning, driving business cycle management.
* Foster collaboration and promote customer requirements inside and outside the organization.
* C Coordinate and drive implementation of future global logistic concepts.
* Manage and coordinate project ramp up and down on a global scale.
* Track, monitor, and report contractual customer liabilities regarding forecast/order changes.
* Prepare internal and external reporting, providing detailed analysis.
* Participate in logistics-related customer meetings and conference calls globally and regionally.
* Maintain close alignment with customers and Account Managers to maximize customer satisfaction.
* Independently manage customer escalations for supply chain-related topics, driving results with relevant departments.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:
* A 3rd-level qualification in a business or related discipline.
* Supply Chain/Operations emphasis preferred or proven success and experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Customer Related environments.
* Knowledge of ERP applications (SAP preferred).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Fluency in English and German required.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with employees at all levels of the organization.
* Ability to adapt quickly, working in a dynamic business environment.
* Customer-focused skills.
* Detailed understanding of supply chain processes.
* Strong problem-solving ability.
