We're working with a leading state body that is currently seeking a dedicated Procurement professional to join their team.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development of project scopes, business cases, and tender documentation.
Collaborate with the internal Procurement team to create works specifications, issue tenders, and evaluate vendor submissions.
Manage the tendering process for specialist services within Property and Facilities.
Generate purchase requisitions and reconcile invoices using the Air Nav finance management system.
Prepare and manage budgets for procurement-related activities and property/facilities works.
Key Skills: Proven experience in procurement, ideally within the public or semi-state sector.
Strong understanding of public procurement processes and e-tendering systems.
Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
Strong ICT proficiency, particularly with financial and procurement platforms (e.g.
MS Excel, MS Project).
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external suppliers.
