Responsibilities

1. Keep project stakeholders informed of progress, cost, and relevant issues.

2. Oversee tender and contractor/consultant appointment processes.

3. Chair and minute project review meetings.
">
4. Ensure buildings, services, and equipment are maintained according to approved programmes.
">
5. Facilitate smooth information flow between contract parties.
">
6. Identify potential bottlenecks and delays, taking corrective action.
">
7. Agree valuations and final accounts with contractors and consultants.
">
8. Monitor build and material quality.
">
9. Enforce contractor and consultancy contractual compliance.
">
10. Support front-end design planning and procurement of other projects.
">
">
Requirements
">
">
* Minimum 2 years' experience in construction project management.
">
* Knowledge of current construction contracts and procurement methodologies.
">
* Proven track record of completing projects successfully.
">
* Minimum Level 8 Degree in Engineering or Construction.
">
* Current driving licence and vehicle.
">
* Skills in construction management, client-side project management, mechanical engineering, civil/structural engineering, building services.
