Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Company Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, ensuring our business runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing a successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safety: Ensure all company operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards. Promote a culture of safety throughout the organisation.
* Support and Lead HR: Oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. Lead, mentor, and motivate our team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, ensuring a safe, respectful and productive work environment. Handle any disputes or issues with fairness and discretion.
* Manage Customer Accounts and Finance: Oversee company budgets and financial performance. Manage customer accounts, process invoices, and ensure timely payments.
* Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and our reputation for excellent service is upheld.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a management role, preferably within the construction, engineering, or scaffolding industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent financial acumen and experience with budget management.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
* Deep understanding of health and safety regulations.
